Every year in April we work with fantastic volunteers who are the lifeblood of the health fair. Thank you to all those who volunteered at our Fifteenth Annual Health Fair! If you have an available Saturday in April and love that “do good” feeling, we hope you will consider joining us in our fight to keep the Dayton area healthy!
Hospitality- Greet guests, answer questions, and provide general information
General Assistants- Assist with volunteer check-in, monitor break rooms, and assist with entertainment as needed
Translators/Interpreters- Spanish, Turkish, and Arabic translators as well as ASL interpreters are always appreciated
The 16th Annual Celebrating Life and Health Fair is April 21st from 10 am to 3 pm at Sinclair Community College Ponitz Center (Bldg. 12). Before you register, please be aware of our volunteer guidelines:
-All volunteers will need to arrive by 9:30 am for training.
–Group Volunteers preferred, but not required (Please Note: Members of the same group may not be assigned to the same task)
-Please do not bring children under age 12 due to safety concerns
-Volunteers under the age of 18 must have the Permission Slip filled out by parent/guardian (will be sent in confirmation e-mail)
